When I initially booked my first session with Vanessa I was very lost. I had 2 deaths in the family same day, I was very distraught and didn't understand how I was going to get over this to get back to my normal self. I didn't know what reiki was but I knew in my heart that this was going to help me heal. After my session, I felt like I had never felt in my life. I felt like not only the stress and trauma from what had happened was released, but just all my stress in general was gone. I felt almost as I was breathing again for the first time without any burdens on my shoulders. It was just me and my spirit. I could feel my spirit was beaming, I had a smile from ear to ear and nothing could bring me down. Ever since I see life so differently it's like colors of nature are more vibrant and beautiful. I've had another session with Vanessa since then, It was a couples session with my fiancé and we have noticed a difference in the way we are so much more compassionate and patient with eachother and other aspects in our relationship that we needed to work on are getting better as the days progress.
